“ Nice and clean on the inside without the whiff of knackered parents trying to get a break from the hyperactive kids who have just made their lives hell in Asda. Staff here always seem happy and alert, so the McDrugs are working. The self service screens must get cleaned regularly as they are not covered in sticky kidfriendly hand prints or freshly licked by the local smack heads. Usually use this McDonalds as a breakfast drop in on the way to somewhere exciting or a burger on the way home from girlfriends. No complaints about the food even though it never looks like the food nor does it look like the staff had taken it in turn kicking it around the kitchen before the knuckle dragging management had sat on it. Drive through is not the best as its more of a perpetual curve and doesnt help when people in the second lane drive forward so the rear passenger can do the ordering and block any movement from vehicles in the other lane. It could do with redesigning a little bit so that its easier to navigate. My preferred way is to order in advance, park in the Asda car park and walk the one minute thirty seconds to pick it up ”

“ Always friendly and quick with order. The Diner is always kept tidy with a member of staff walking along cleaning at all times. Security officers are friendly and talkative, always smiling with the children and having a friendly chat with the customers ”
“ I had a mcchicken sandwich meal with fries and a hot chocolate, my daughter had a double cheese burger with no onion and fries from the savers menu. All was hot and fresh, no onions as requested. Staff was pleasant enough and it wasnt too busy ”

“ So after many failed visits to Bilbrough top near tadcaster where they kept missing items from our order, we find ourselves at Killingbeck in Leeds where they got our order right. Well done guys and thanks. ”
“ After I ordered some of it was wrong a member of staff was doing the cleaning and everything else came to the table to sort it out was smartly dressed and very polite and helpful whilst the other members of staff stood around talking about there day firstly the franchise is supposed to be a team effort not a one person do all secondly the person who was cleaning at 1930 is definitely in the wrong role and thirdly dont want to taste the smell cigarette smoke as I walk in to the McDonalds ”
